Medical Equipment Loaner Program

Welcome to the Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Medical Equipment Loaner Program. Our program offers access to essential medical equipment for residents of Greater Cincinnati. Simply complete our online form, select your preferred store for pickup, and get the equipment you need.

Please note: All forms are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Forms submitted outside of these hours will be reviewed and processed on the next business day.

We appreciate your understanding and will respond to all inquiries received during this time as soon as possible upon return.

Medical Equipment Request Notice

We will be pausing Medical Equipment request processing starting Friday, April 10 at 4:00 PM through Sunday, April 19. Requests submitted during this time will be processed beginning Monday, April 20 at 7:30 AM.

The medical support equipment described below is being loaned to you by Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries for a flat $5 fee per item. The equipment can be returned at same location to receive $5 back with store receipt. This equipment is used equipment which has been donated to Goodwill and has not been made or maintained by Goodwill. Goodwill makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation the condition of the equipment, its merchantability or its fitness for any particular purpose, and, as to goodwill, you take this equipment "as-is". Goodwill shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, cost or damage whatsoever, arising in connection with the equipment.
