Ohio Valley Goodwill, in its continuous drive to reach new audiences, has quietly entered the world of TikTok. Driven by the passions of younger audiences and their drive for burgeoning fashions and new trends, we would like to provide a perspective of what we can offer to enhance their style.
Each social page has its style and demographic following. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter – each one has its unique style and language that caters to the person viewing its content. Adding TikTok just made sense as it fills a void that other pages were recently trying to emulate with the short-video format.
The format and style is a little different than what we have been used to in the past so like with everything else, there is a learning curve to align Ohio Valley Goodwill’s mission of service and product offerings in this style. But as times and communication methods change, our willingness to adapt as needed follows – all the while maintaining our core mission to help put people with various abilities and our nations veterans to work.
