Ohio Valley Goodwill Looking Forward to 2016 Oxford ShareFest Donation Drive in Oxford!

Taking place May 11th-17th in the city of Oxford, the 2016 ShareFest donation event is promising to be one of the busiest ever. The best part is Ohio Valley Goodwill is right in the heart of the action as the organization is a major sponsor providing the donation trailers and support team members at donation central at the Chestnut Fields HQ in downtown Oxford.

The mission of ShareFest is as a service and environmental nonprofit corporation dedicated to the collection and redistribution of items donated by Miami University students and the Oxford community at the end of the academic year. Collected items are shared with local human service organizations and recycled responsibly as appropriate.

” As a new business moving into the community of Oxford, Goodwill couldn’t be happier to have this opportunity to be a partner in the ShareFest donation event,” said Jeff Eastham, Operations Director. ” It will help to introduce Goodwill to the Oxford community as we look forward to opening our brand new Oxford store in the Spring of this year,” added Eastham. The new Goodwill store will offer a selection of fashion items geared towards both Miami University students as well as all members of the Oxford community. The Oxford Goodwill store will also feature a convenient drive-thru donation center when it opens.
