Yes, you can donate electronics and computers to Goodwill. When you donate your computer equipment or other electronics to Ohio Valley Goodwill, you support responsible recycling and help fund essential programs and services for people right here in our region.

Here's How It Works
1. FIND A DROP-OFF LOCATION
Find a Donation Center near you. Electronics and computer equipment will be accepted at any of our 20 stores and 11 attended donation centers throughout the Greater Cincinnati community.
2. DROP OFF THE ITEM
As a general rule, donors can just drop off the item at any participating Goodwill. However, some items may require extra preparation before you bring them in, such as removing any sensitive information from computers or hard drives.
Please note that donors are responsible for removing data from hard drives. OHIO VALLEY GOODWILL IS NOT LIABLE FOR DATA REMOVAL OR PROTECTION.
3. FEEL GOOD ABOUT WHAT YOU’VE DONE
The proceeds from your donation are all returned to Goodwill and help to support Goodwill’s important mission of putting people to work. Donate a computer and you’ll get a receipt for tax purposes, plus you’ll be helping to protect the environment and benefit your community all at the same time!
