A representative from Access visited Ohio Valley Goodwill on Wednesday, September 23rd for a “meet and greet” afternoon program. The forum was an opportunity for individuals at Goodwill who are served by Access to ask questions and voice any concerns regarding service offered by the transportation carrier. Customer Service Coordinator, Sparkle Hope coordinated the afternoon session and answered questions from individuals in attendance. A Brief preview of upcoming changes was discussed and Access plans to return to Goodwill at a later date to discuss these changes in detail. “We try to keep our program participants well informed about changes to Access services as it is so important to their work schedule here at Goodwill,” said Michael Johnson, Program Supervisor and meeting coordinator. Goodwill appreciates the involvement of Access and looks forward to future informational meetings.
