Ohio Valley Goodwill’s Board of Directors is representative of the community it serves. The Board provides governance and policy setting for Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries. Working collaboratively with the President/CEO, the Executive team and the staff, the Board assists Ohio Valley Goodwill in developing its vision for the future.

Kendra Bach is the Board Chairperson of Ohio Valley Goodwill. Kendra also serves as Executive Director of Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo, bringing senior leadership experience in financial services and organizational oversight. She is an alumna of Leadership Northern Kentucky and offers a strong background in governance, strategy, and community engagement.
Keith Cheesman, the Vice Chairperson and Treasurer, is a retired financial professional with extensive experience in financial oversight and governance. He currently serves on the Board of UpTech, Inc. and is on the University of Dayton School of Business Administration Dean’s Advisory Council.
Jennifer Smith is the Board Secretary serves as Vice President and Human Resources Director at ClarkDietrich Building Systems. She brings expertise in human capital management, organizational leadership, and corporate governance.
Bill Courtney – Past Board Chairperson
Bill Courtney is the current Past Board Chairperson. Bill was a Senior Advisor at ClarkDietrich Building Systems and Vice President at Marubeni-Itochu Steel America Inc. He also serves on the Advisory Panel for EmpowerMe Living and as a board member of the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry.
Kathy Lamping-Arar – Director
Kathy Lamping-Arar, MD is a pediatrician at The Pediatricians of Hyde Park. She is board-certified, a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and brings recognized expertise and a strong commitment to advocating for children with special needs.
Patti Broshar – Director
Patti Broshar served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at U.S. Bank. She contributes deep experience in marketing strategy, communications, and corporate leadership.
Jim Donnellon – Director
Jim Donnellon is a Director Emeritus with Barnes Dennig and serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Cincinnati College of Applied Science (Construction Science Department). He is also actively involved with Archbishop Moeller High School and community engagement initiatives.
Robert Goldschmidt – Director
Robert Goldschmidt is Executive Vice President of Roto-Rooter and Chemed Corp. He brings senior executive indication with a strong background in corporate operations and leadership.
Zach Horn – Director
Zach Horn is Managing Partner and President of Foster & Motley, Inc. and serves on the Ohio University Alumni Association Board of Directors. He was recognized as a Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 recipient.
Zak Kempton – Director
Zak Kempton is a Shareholder at Munninghoff, Lange & Company and serves with the Ohio University College of Business Society of Alumni and Friends (Stinson Society). He brings experience in professional services and alumni engagement.
Shannon Kuhl – Director
Shannon Kuhl is an attorney and is actively involved with the Cincinnati Bar Association. She brings legal expertise and a strong commitment to professional service and civic engagement.
Kim Mauer – Director
Kim Mauer is a retired partner with FBT Gibbons and is actively involved with the Cincinnati Development Fund, Forest Hills Foundation for Education, and the Hamilton County Hospital Commission. She previously served as a trustee of Mercy Health Partners – Southwest Ohio.
Shane Satterfield – Director
Shane Satterfield I serves as an Adult Social Services Case Manager with the Office of the Hamilton County Public Defender. He brings frontline experience in public service, social services, and advocacy.
