15th Annual Goodwill Celebrity Golf Outing Gets Ready to Tee Off on June 11th!
With an almost sold-out group of golfers and sponsors ready to play in this year’s Goodwill Celebrity Golf Outing taking place on Thursday, June 11th at the beautiful Glenview Golf Club, the planning committee is hard at work pulling all of the last-minute details together. “We are looking forward to seeing all of our fabulous celebrities this year as well as our old friends and new sponsors for the 2015 Golf Outing,” said Joe Walter, Celebrity Host.
The 2015 Goodwill Celebrity Golf Outing is sponsored by Title Sponsor, Strategic Employee Benefits Services. This year’s event is also presented by Tape Products and US Bank.
Celebrity Chairman Joe Walter (who is celebrating his 15th year with Goodwill as well) along with co-chair Stephanie Mitchell cordially invite you to join them in a wonderful day of golf, a delicious grill-out lunch on the course as well as extravagant dinner provided by first-time sponsor, Vincenzo’s restaurant. “The menu for this year’s dinner sounds amazing,” said Walter. “I’m sure it will be a hit with all of our guests.”
The good news is that you can still purchase a chance to win a $1500 Grand Prize and two $100 prizes at this year’s exciting Celebrity Golf Outing at any Goodwill store location or on-line at www.cincinnatigoodwill.org/events.
Golfers have the opportunity to play with a local sports or media celebrity throughout the day as well as to receive a deluxe goody bag which this year will feature among other things, a pair of Nike golf shoes. This year’s participants will also be greeted by Goodwill ambassadors from the organization’s CARE program as they arrive as well as have the opportunity to putt with them during a putting contest on the practice green.
In addition, the Superior Automotive Group will be sponsoring a selection of amazing cars for a very lucky Hole-in-One winner. Goodwill is pleased once again to have the wonderful volunteers from long-time partner, Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services, help out with the Hole-in-One monitoring this year.
