Work Site Support Services

The highly accredited job coaches at Goodwill can assist those living with disabilities to find and keep long-term employment with work site support services. In addition to training and transportation assistance, Goodwill advocates on behalf of people with disabilities to ensure employers accommodate their individual needs. Assistance offered through this program includes:

  • Advocacy for job site accommodations or needs related to disability
  • Training services, including re-training
  • Transportation including coordination and travel-training
  • Referral for additional services when needed
