Extreme Truck Makeover Auto Auction Rolls Out December 12th

Ohio Valley Goodwill, 55KRC, and Dale Donovan are working together again this year to offer up a unique ride for auction during the Holiday Extreme Truck Makeover in support of Ohio Valley Goodwill. Yes, we know it’s traditionally an Extreme Car Makeover, but this year’s 2005 Chevy Colorado truck was such a perfect fit for the makeover treatment that we couldn’t resist.

This completely renovated truck will be featured at the December 12th Holiday Auto Auction at Ohio Valley Goodwill’s corporate headquarters in Woodlawn, Ohio. Dale Donovan from Donovan’s Auto and Tire Center is one of the main sponsors, and this year he’s invited a host of new partners to help.

Frank’s Heavy Truck Repair will be doing the body work needed to transform this year’s featured vehicle into a hot ride, Valvoline Oil Company is donating oil changing services, and a new battery will be installed courtesy of Interstate Batteries. In addition, Jeff Pohlman Tires will be donating all new tires for the truck. By the time Dale Donovan and his team of generous sponsors are done, this 2005 Chevy Colorado will be the season’s must-have holiday gift ““ and an incredibly unique collector’s item.

Dale recently shared his thoughts on how important Goodwill’s employment and training programs are ““ not only to individuals with disabilities and military veterans they directly benefit, but also to the Greater Cincinnati community. ” Once you have a chance to see Goodwill’s mission in action,” Dale said on his radio show, ” you will be excited like I am to be part of supporting this great organization.”

This year’s Extreme Makeover vehicle will be ready for the Ohio Valley Goodwill Auto Auction on Saturday, December 12th at our headquarters located at 10600 Springfield Pike.
