Ohio Valley Goodwill is looking forward to the organization’s third annual Earth Day Electronics Recycling Celebration event which will take place on Sunday, April 24th at all 31 Goodwill locations in the Greater Cincinnati area. Being held from 11 am until 5 pm that day, the organization is hoping to collect 75,000 pounds of electronic items. This year’s Earth Day Donation drive is being held in partnership with Cohen Electronics Recycling, an E-Steward and R2 Certified recycler.
While we encourage the donations of computers and related electronic requirement, Goodwill is asking that donors not bring CRT’s or TV’s to this year’s donation event. “Goodwill is looking forward to the 2016 Earth Day Electronics Recycling Celebration and working with our wonderful donors to meet this year’s goal of 75,000 pounds of donated items,” said Jeff Eastham, Operations Director.
