"I began working at the new Cincinnati Monroe Outlet Mall January 3rd, 2009 in the Housekeeping Department. I have been working there for a year now and I am doing a good job. Goodwill helped me get my job and helps me learn the things I need to know to keep my job. My Job Coach from Goodwill, Marvel, shows me what I need to do and helps me to learn it and do it right. It was hard at first but Marvel helped me to learn what I needed to do."

Angela began her journey towards employment in 2006 when she came to Goodwill and entered the Work Adjustment Training program. After having a number of different work training experiences, Angela decided that she was interested in Janitorial Training. After completing the Janitorial skill training program offered by Goodwill, Angela worked with the Job Placement department to find a job in the community.

"I put in applications everywhere when I first started looking for a job, Then, I found out through Goodwill's Placement team that Monroe Outlets wanted me to come out for an interview." Now, Angela works 4 days a week at the Premium Outlet Mall and says she loves her job. "My job coach from Goodwill has really helped me to learn my job and do it right, I would tell anyone looking for a job that Goodwill can help. They helped me and I love my job!"
