Goodwill Service Guild Gives Gift to Organization
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries received an early holiday gift from its Service Guild at the organization’s annual holiday luncheon on December 18, 2009. The Service Guild presented Goodwill President and CEO Joseph Byrum with a check for $20,000 to be used for programs and services to assist men and women with disabilities and other vocational needs. Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries President Receives Award From Southwest Ohio Rehabilitation Association

Goodwill Industries Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program Plans Stand Down Event on October 2, 2009
The Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) of Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries plans a “stand down” event on Friday, October 2, 2009 at the Bellevue Veterans Club in Northern Kentucky. The purpose of the event is to draw attention to the needs of homeless veterans and to offer a variety of services for these individuals. Activities will take place from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Goodwill Vice President Receives Award from Cincinnati Business Courier
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is pleased to announce that the organization’s Vice President for Administrative Services, Doug Ostholthoff, was named Large Nonprofit CFO of the Year by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Goodwill Industries Announces it Receives Grand Awards from US Department of Labor
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries announces that it was recently awarded a total of $599,440 from the United States Department of Labor’s Veterans Employment and Training grants. The grants will fund programs that the organization provides for homeless veterans in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. Goodwill’s Homeless Veterans Reintegration Programs (HVRP) assist homeless individuals who are veterans with securing housing, job training, employment, medical services, counseling, and legal services.
