Mission:
The mission of Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is to provide vocational rehabilitation services to persons of working age who are physically, mentally, psychologically or socially disabled and vocationally limited for the purpose of maximizing their vocational independence.

Vision:
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries' vision is to provide comprehensive vocational training and support services to adults with disabilities and other barriers to employment. It is in support of this vision, that Goodwill works in partnership with the larger community.

Goals:
More than two-thirds of all Americans with disabilities do not work. For many individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment, Goodwill Industries offers the challenge of learning about the world of work and the opportunity to develop new skills. Goodwill's support services help individuals to be successful in both personal and work environments.
